Where is Lumorray based?
We are based in India and work remotely with businesses in the US, UK, Europe, Australia and beyond. Calls are scheduled at times that suit your time zone.
How do payments work?
We take 50% upfront and 50% at launch, by card or international bank transfer. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We can set up simple editing for text, images and blog posts, or handle every change for you on a care plan.
Will the AI assistant give wrong answers?
It only answers from the information you approve. Anything outside that is passed to you with the customer’s contact details, and you can review every conversation.
